We provide scheduling services for all our clients. No matter how large or small your facility may be, we will do our best to provide convenient appointment times with the Optometrist.  Our visits and follow up appointments are scheduled on a regular basis.  A site visit begins when you provide us with a consent to treat form for the residents that require our services.

If you can provide us your residents' demographic and insurance information in a timely manner, we will provide you with your local  Optometrist, a list of resident qualified to receive services and a visit date.
