What insurances do you accept? Different services are covered by different insurance plans. Please call us for a quick summary and explanation of different healthcare plans and benefits.
Is Routine Foot Care covered by Medicare? Routine Foot Care is NOT covered by Medicare Part B UNLESS certain patient requirements are met.
Can our residents be seen by a podiatrist, what services are covered? Certain Podiatric Services are covered by Medicare Part B. However, there are strict Federal rules for Podiatric Service benefits and reimbursement. Our clinical case managers can guide you through the Medicare rules and regulations to a first service visit.
Why does a podiatrist only see our patients every two to three months, what about emergencies? Medicare has established "Global Periods" for certain procedures. Certain nail procedures can not be reimbursed by Medicare if performed during a 60 day global period. However, we will see any resident requiring immediate care, as soon as we can schedule a visit. Please call us for further information and explanation of Medicare covered services.
Do Aggeus dental services cover dentures? Yes, however, there are minimal requirements that must be met prior to approval.

How can our facility receive Dental Services? Dental Services can be rendered at no additional cost to the resident, their families, or the facilities. There is a simple, no cost enrollment process. Please see our on-line sign up form.
Can you take on site dental X-Rays? Yes
Do your dentists perform on-site tooth extractions? Yes, if patient safety is not affected, and if the facility treatment site meets OSHA and ADA guidelines.
What dental services do you perform other then fillings, fluoride treatments, and annual and hygiene exams? Aggeus Healthcare follows State mandates for dental service provision and coverage, as well as, the rules outlined by the Department of Insurance which is state specific. Please call us for the services we provide in your state.
How often can a patient be seen by a podiatrist? Non emergent nail and callus care is covered by Medicare every 61 days,
